Come alive
from the inside out
I guide individuals to cultivate an authentic sense of belonging within
... to lead a life you're EXCITED about
...that is aligned with your values
and something bigger than you
It's called Be to Belong because it starts with you.
Belonging is the gift we give ourselves when we claim and accept alllllll parts of ourselves.

The past 4+ years of reclaiming all parts of me
Has made it my MISSION to bring people home to their own belonging

There's a path for you, that only you can walk
If you're willing to let go of all the should's
And embrace all of who you are

It'll be fun. But I can't promise it'll be comfortable.
Why belonging?
-
I see belonging as the foundation that makes us feel safe to show up fully. We feel safe to experiment, to PLAY, to make mistakes without fearing we will be cancelled. This expands our creativity and gives us access to all the answers we're looking for - inside of us!!
-
Having belonging means we feel safe to evolve and change. Change is the most natural thing about this human condition. We fear change but the truth is, the safest place to be is in a state of infinite evolution. It just requires that you come back to yourself, moment to moment, to bridge your inner and outer worlds.

Welcome to the Sandbox! Where all of you belongs and anything is possible. Join me for a 50 minute 1-on-1 Sandbox Session where we explore all of who you are and who you are becoming to help you lead a life you feel REAL GOOD about - from the inside out. The work comes to life through embodied movement, dialectical thinking & your own experiments in the wild.
And together we will -
MY FLOW ON BELONGING
Belonging. Different than fitting in.
We've all experienced 'fitting in' - giving away parts of ourselves to be part of a group
But I think we all long to belong. To know we'll be accepted when we show up as all of who we are.
I know I have.

I spent most of my life, not ever feeling like I belonged. Did I have a "friend group" even
As people would point out, "you don't have a circle of friends, it's more of a constellation"
My friends are like a constellation, baby. Yes, I like that. Andddd

Was I a shapeshifter? Absolutely.
I learned from an early age how to contort myself to be who others wanted me to be.
I learned to shrink, hide, chop myself into a million little boxes to give to the right person at the right time

Spoiler alert: It was f*cking exhausting.
